Together with our friends at Gottlieb & Co. we have provided a new website for Kokkedal Castle. We were responsible for new design and web development. The goal was to create a contemporary and dynamic site with space for brightly colored content, where the castle's fantastic surroundings, both exterior and interior, could come into their own.
From conservative and static to fresh and changeable
The new site had to be based on the trends of the time and feel light and playful. We have therefore introduced changeable illustrations inspired by the castle's architecture, as well as a fresh but still exclusive color universe.
"Design is as much about removing things as it is about adding them. We worked a lot with reducing communication and CTA's in order to make the overall experience much better paced for the end user."
